Christine Cutucache, Ph.D.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As a self-prescribed data-nerd, Dr. Cutucache has intertwined data-driven decision making and strategy into every major venture that she has pursued. Trained as a Biomedical Researcher, she held an endowed, tenured, senior level director position for nearly a decade at a major urban institution. She has served in both the CEO and COO roles and serves as a Director on two Boards.
Dr. Cutucache aims to empower others through data to generate strong returns on investment, to include diversification of funding streams and the successful retention of top-notch talent. As a seasoned leader, Dr. Cutucache has led teams large and small, and has been a part of several industries. As such, she has experienced varying types of leadership which prompted her to extensively research effective leadership—from strategy to tactics to operations. She enjoys supporting individuals and small teams with impactful professional develop experiences. And, she finds great reward in analyzing an organization’s data acquisition process, data analytics and process improvements, and subsequent return on investment parameters for organizations (both for-profit and non-profit), helping them to grow sustainably and exponentially.
Andrew Cutucache, Major USAF, Ret.
Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Throughout his life, Andrew has a passion for helping others. During his 20-year career in the United States Air Force, he has found himself in leadership positions and situations requiring him to take charge. After 4 years enlisted, he began his journey to commission. In 2008, he graduated as a Combat Systems Officer and subsequently served in a highly specialized role on a unique reconnaissance aircraft. Major Cutucache has worked around the world with diverse teams, consisting of military, contractor, and civilian alike. His career has had him in follower-ship and leadership supporting roles to high ranking officers, and entrusted with the authority to lead and empower Airmen. Going through the ranks and attending leadership courses both online and in residence, he has obtained extensive formal and informal leadership training. Similarly, he has served in nearly every leadership role—from entry level supportive team member, a leader in the middle, as well as having the privilege of serving as Commander of a detachment.
Major Cutucache has a passion for mentoring others, which is why he wrote “Leading From The Middle: When you have zero authority, but need maximum influence to accomplish the core mission” in 2021.
